Dr. Kevin Sütterlin is one of the country’s leading conducting pedagogues, being praised for his keen analytical eye and deep understanding of conducting technique and physique, paired with a kind and caring approach that has empowered conductors and conducting students across the globe.

Sütterlin’s approach to conducting and conducting pedagogy is non-ideological, sensible, and wholesome. He allows his students to explore, unfold, and develop themselves in a nurturing and caring environment.

He equips students with a thorough understanding of a healthy conducting technique that aims to gain maximum clarity and expressiveness by releasing unnecessary tension, and relying on gravity.
